How do I live . . .

without teaching? Well . . . who says I'm not "teaching"?

Meet my one and only student . . .

I have always said that everyday my children come home from school or spend anytime with me: I am HOMESCHOOLING!

Actually, I did homeschool my son one year. It just didn't work for me. HE LOVED IT. And EXCELLED...but my daughters were way to young. I felt like I was giving 110% to him and not enough to the younger ones. So back to school for him!

He is beautiful.. Start teaching him! :-)

You can always go back to teaching at some point but you'll never get back the time you have with Baby J.

Congratulations and Enjoy!

I promise opportunities will arise where you will get to use your teacher skills. I tutor the kid across the street & helped him pass my subject. And, that one student will be far more important the hundreds of previous ones.

He looks pretty interested in what you have to say....I think he will do. :) And what other student can give you nice, wet baby kisses?

painted maypole said...

you are his first teacher, and these first few years, everything you will teach him, is SO important. more than anything he will learn in school.

no pressure, though. ;)

He looks so attentive. Maybe he's trying to earn some extra credit...like a new Baby Einstein toy or something! ha ha

You know....lots of people have mentioned how the learning puppy asks to be hugged a lot. This one does that too, but so far it hasn't annoyed me. Riley loves to hug it and I thin that is cute - maybe that is why I haven't wanted to throw it away. Now I might have a different story in a week!

Email me at pammy_6201@yahoo.com and I will tell you exactly where I live--just didn't want to leave it in comments.
